We assess risks, help find a local team and set up processes. To strengthen the partner product team, we are currently looking for a Payment Product Manager. Tasks that await you in this role:— Conduct an analysis of the existing payment product on the platform (Payment Service);— Collect Payment Service tasks from the Operations team and create TOR;— Draw up a plan for the development/improvement of the Payment Service;— Transfer to communication with the partner (Third party Payment platform) regarding the integration of payment methods;— Communicate with the developers and Project Manager of the project regarding the implementation of payment tasks. Basic requirements:— from 2 years of experience in the role of Product Manager/Product Owner; — experience with payments / integrations / financial systems; — experience in payment product development from the beginning to planning for further development (must); — in-depth knowledge in the direction of payment standards (such as PCI DSS), payment gates, API for integration of payment providers and methods;— understanding how the main payment methods work;— basic knowledge of working with APIs;— experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);— the level of English proficiency is from B1. We will definitely notice if you:— know how to conduct market and competitor analysis to develop a strategy for the development of payment products;— your superpower is planning and prioritizing tasks;— you know how to build productive interaction with different team members; — a confident communicator with advanced negotiation skills; — a forward-thinker with a strategic approach toplanning.
