Payment Monitoring Operator (night shifts) in Growe

-Track traffic payments in real-time by handling emergency notifications;

-Redirect traffic quickly and accurately according to the instructions and current status of payment providers;

-Notify payment service providers and relevant internal groups about drops and traffic processing anomalies to solve the problem;

-Be responsible for document changes on the side of payment providers and internal distribution;

-Work with current payment flows, methods, existing monitoring, prioritization of suppliers etc.;

-Notify about critical changes in payment, report on a closed shift;

-Perform your own cash payment test.

We need your professional experience:

-Experience in the same position or in the Fintech\PSP niche;

-Understanding how the payment system works;

-Good knowledge of Excel;

-Experience of written communication with foreign clients or partners;

-Experience of working with Grafana, Tableau plus.
