YOUR IMPACT:

• Development and improvement of the payment service for a large project, including the creation of new payment features.
• Optimization of existing functionality based on personal experience, market analysis, and current trends.
• Gathering and detailing business requirements from stakeholders and conveying them to the technical team for implementation.
• Solving complex and non-standard tasks, from the inception of ideas to the implementation of ready-made solutions.

ABOUT YOU:

• At least 2 years of experience in the e-commerce, fintech, or banking sector.
• Deep understanding of payment systems principles and their specificities.
• Strong data analysis skills in Excel, with the ability to draw conclusions and develop hypotheses based on the analysis.
• Ability to assess the business value and potential profitability of ideas, hypotheses, and tasks, as well as the associated risks.
• Experience with SQL and Tableau would be an advantage.
• A desire to grow into the role of a Product Owner.
