Due to the active growth of the partner business, we are currently looking for a Payment Manager.

Main responsibilities:
— Monitoring traffic for performance, turning it on/off as needed;
— Making operational payments for all clients;
— Assistance to the anti-fraud team in verification processes;
—L1 support for payment inquiries via chats, ticket systems, etc.;
—Inter-team interaction to solve work tasks;
—Communication with payment platforms to resolve various difficulties with deposits;
—Reporting current issues that have occurred to management.

What we expect from the candidate:
— Work experience in the role of Payment Manager from 1 year;
— High level of responsibility and attention to detail;
— Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate+ level;
- Skills using Grafana will be an advantage.
