We are currently seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator for our PCF in Tacoma, WA office. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patients while assuming front desk and administrative responsibilities.Job Responsibilities Answering Phones Greeting/Scheduling Patients Assisting Patients with Paperwork Insurance Verification/Authorizations Data Entry Communication with Doctor Offices Shipping and Receiving Provide other administrative duties as assigned.RequirementsMust have 1+ years experience in a medical/professional administrative role.Bilingual In English/Spanish PreferredMicrosoft Office, Email, Outlook, Word, ExcelTyping Minimum 45 wpmHourly Rate of Pay: $ 17.00 - $ 19.00Additional Benefits for Full-Time Employees (3 to 4 weeks of Paid Time Off)Holidays: 10 paid holidays per yearVacation Benefit: At completion of 3-month introductory period, vacation accrual up to a max of 40 hours in the first 23 months, at 24 months, accrual up to a max of 80 hours with a rollover balance.Sick Benefit: Sick accrual begins upon date of hire up to a max accrual of 48 hours annually with a rollover balance.This position is an excellent opportunity for a candidate that is self-driven/motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit that is looking to produce results in an expanding market.
