Working closely with regional management, you will implement sales strategies, coach sales representatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in customer service.Position Requirements and Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new sales team members, ensuring a thorough understanding of sales processes and procedures.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives through one-on-one sessions, role-playing exercises, and performance feedback.Assess training needs by observing sales consultations, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with regional managers to identify areas for improvement.Develop and maintain training materials, resources, and tools to support the sales training curriculum.Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to sales training and incorporate them into training programs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and clinical staff, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and customer experience.Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, making recommendations for enhancements and adjustments as needed. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferredMinimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in a healthcare or aesthetic industry settingProven track record of success in sales training and coaching, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniquesAbility to travel extensively (approximately 80%) to various locations within the region.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to change.Passion for learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying current on industry trends and best practices.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a plastic surgery or MedSpa environment.Certification in sales training or related fieldFamiliarity with CRM systems and sales performance metricsThis position will be remote based with frequent travel to our ambulatory surgery centers and MedSpa locations across West Coast or Central/East Coast.Estimated compensation range is comprised of a base salary plus potential variable compensation/bonus structure potential up to $200,000.About AthenixAthenix Advanced Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Centers www.athenixbody.com is the largest aesthetic plastic surgery practice in the Western U.S. with 7 locations across Arizona, California, Oregon and Washington.
