On behalf of our client, one of the leading В2В company, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position of Parts and Services Market manager
Main tasks:
- Technical product support for Market service organization
- Technical documentation management with the aim to propose service documentation and problem-solving articles
- Define Training program in line with Regional guidelines: Plans, Documents, Video preparation, Practical test on the test bench with real product.
- Support Serviceability process definition: define the set of the activities to support the ease and speed of which corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance can be conducted on a product
- Manage new products field test monitoring;
- Collect and escalate technical issues to related Regional referents;
- Push and support Connectivity and Connected Services
- Analyse markets context and develop new opportunities within the Parts and Services business
- Manage the Parts and Services Pricing and Budget to be aligned with Regional guidelines
- Implementation of standard KPIs and Dashboard
- Service Centers Performance Monitoring Program
- Support Parts and Services Sales, Marketing, Communication activities
- Cost and Sales Performance monitoring to achieve the Market and Regional Contribution goal
- Corporate Service Systems implementation
- Support and contribute to projects to improve, harmonization and control processes and systems
