Odd Systems is a team of engineers and entrepreneurs who create modern technological solutions for the Ukrainian army. We make FPV drones, thermal imaging cameras, communication stations and other components and electronics that are in high demand by the defense forces.

We are growing and looking for a Partnerships/Sales Manager team!

Required skills and experience:

• From 3 years of experience in the position of Partnerships/Sales Manager, with a proven track record of achieving targets;
• exceptional communication skills, ability to effectively and easily present technical information;
• strategic thinking, vision of defense market development;
• fluency in the Ukrainian language.

Will be your advantage:

• FPV piloting and/or assembly skills;
• experience of cooperation with state institutions, non-governmental organizations;
• experience of cooperation with the military, understanding their needs;
• understanding how the UAV works, how different models and components differ;
• experience in selling electronic devices;
• work experience in the production field;
• knowledge of the English language at the B2+ level.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the company's sales plans;
• manage and manage the company's sales process;
• develop and implement the company's sales strategy;
• hold meetings with clients for product presentation;
• negotiate, draft and conclude contracts and agreements;
• provide customers with expert technical support, resolve issues and advise;
• to represent the company at industry events and exhibitions, establish connections with miltech industry professionals;
• analyze data and feedback to identify and implement process improvements and optimizations.
