Role Overview: As the Partnerships Manager at ncr, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and achieving strategic goals by identifying, cultivating, and managing key partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and expand our network within the IT consulting and development sector, as well as with various accelerators, incubators, fellowships, and event organizers.
Core Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for our social media platforms and website.
- Plan and set up a podcast for TikTok, including content development and scheduling.
- Strategic Outreach Campaigns:
- Design and execute strategic outreach campaigns targeting potential partners, including IT consulting and development companies, accelerators, incubators, fellowships, and event organizers.
- Partner Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Conduct discovery calls with potential partners, convert them into strategic partners, and manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual benefit and growth.
- Event Participation and Networking:
- Identify and attend both online and offline events to establish new connections and maintain relationships with existing partners.
- Actively seek opportunities to network and promote ncr’s services and values.
- Collaboration and Revenue Generation:
- Collaborate with partners to generate revenue opportunities or identify potential employees.
- Work closely with internal teams to align partnership activities with overall business objectives.
- Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate partnership terms and ensure agreements are aligned with ncr’s strategic goals.
- Oversee the drafting and management of partnership contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms.
- Generate, distribute, and track invoices and payments for partner projects.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track the performance and impact of partnerships, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Continuously seek ways to improve partnership processes and outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing partnerships or similar roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management.
- Ability to travel for events and meetings as needed.
