I am Olexandr, Senior Business Development Manager in the engineering marketing company expla, which has been developing projects in the field of performance marketing since 2015, combining an entrepreneurial business approach and modern technological solutions to achieve results. Our team is responsible for building productive relationships with companies around the world and developing business with them.

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager who will have the same thirst for growth and help us grow the company's business. This is a cool chance to gain invaluable experience in the field of digital marketing, to really influence processes and results in a well-formed, competitive business environment.

Your tasks:

• attracting international advertising companies and developing partnerships with them;

• solving the needs of partners and achieving the best conditions for cooperation;

• researching new markets, competitors, finding new opportunities for business and scaling it ;

• participation in leading conferences and events in Europe, Asia and the USA for effective communication with partners.

Our ideal candidate:

• has analytical skills to identify business development opportunities;

• communicates in English at a high level (80 % of our clients are English-speaking);

• capable of self-organization and ready for challenges.

It is a plus if you have:

• experience in the field of digital marketing and understanding of its verticals;

• work experience such as FMCG, IT, financial/investment areas.
