PURPOSEThe Partnerships & Events Manager role is driven by the ability to own events, mailers, and other special projects from onboarding through execution, with minimal support needed from the Events VP on a daily basis.A Partnership & Events Manager is proactive in creating event and project strategies, sourcing venues and vendors, overseeing budget, and managing client communication during the event and/or mailer planning process. A Partnership & Events Manager is owning their accounts in regards to client communication, planning, and execution, working on multiple different events, mailers, and special projects at a time and juggling different client dynamics and needs. In addition to owning client events and projects, the Partnerships & Events Manager will lead the BRANDEdit and other agency-owned initiatives including the mailer and showroom events as well as industry conferences. Key Responsibilities: Lead coordination of events, mailers, and other special projects from onboarding through execution, and alert their supervisor of any event/client challenges when needed for support Utilizes judgment calls to make decisions on behalf of client’s event needs and company’s event needs.Travel to/for events.Work directly with clients and have a high level of customer service.Actively participate in event and mailer brainstorms and planning with creative, innovative and on-trend ideas. Vet vendors, secure event partners and oversee run of show. Ability to lead client meetings and conference callsAbility to work independently, meeting goals and deadlines with moderate supervisionTrack event and special project (i.e. mailer) budgets, manage all expenses, invoices and receipts. Proactively draft event and mailer contracts and ensure all contracts, insurance needs and all files are kept on record.Monitor event and mailer trends and activations to keep a competitive edge for TDD and client events.Manage a running list of event and industry vendors. Reach out to relevant gift bag sponsors for brand client events. Manage execution of events with on-site coordination including setup and breakdown. Keep all event materials organized, and facilitate sending back materials to clients post-event.Oversee event and mailer recap reports and statistics. Spearhead proposals for events and mailers. Positively and passionately represent TDD and our event services department.Lead executing BRANDEdit activations, including but not limited to:Oversee fulfillment vendors for the BRANDEdit ongoing mailersOversee boxes for mailers including graphic design needs as well as box orderingOn-site event flow and organization for showrooms Ideation around theme and overall direction of the showroom events Consistent market research and brainstormingOversee sending secured brand partners and vendors pertinent event details including run of show, product delivery information, etc. Lead communication with event venue, and facilitate event details including food, beverage, and decor Lead brand partner communication from onboarding to reporting SKILLS & EXPERIENCECollege graduate with 4-7+ years of in-house and/or agency PR experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressureCollaborative, hardworking, and enthusiastic attitude Experience coordinating and planning eventsDiscreet, professional and well spoken, with excellent verbal and written communication skillsExtremely organized, methodical and efficient, with a good dose of common sense and initiativeAbility to manage employees and cultivate their growth within the organizationCreative and strategic thinkerStrong MS Office skills and Mac proficientCollaborative, hardworking and enthusiastic attitude Show more Show less Должностной уровень Руководитель среднего звена Тип занятости Полный рабочий день Должностные обязанности Продажи и Развитие бизнеса Отрасли Коммуникации и связи с общественностью
