Partnerships Coordinator/Administrative Assistant/Volunteer in SILA DLYa SILNIH, BO, BF

BF "Strength for the Strong" is a charitable foundation that supports the families of prisoners of war, missing persons, fallen Heroes and defenders who have returned from captivity. 

Requirements:

• Business communication and work experience with partners
• Negotiating skills
• Competent written Ukrainian language, ability to write official appeals
• Organized, responsible, attentive to details
• Ability to work with Google Docs/Sheets and CRM tables
• Proactivity in finding contacts and bringing agreements to a result

Responsibilities:

• Search for potential partners for cooperation (businesses, organizations, donors)
• Formation of the partner base (contacts, communication history, status agreements)
• Preparation of appeals from the fund: letters, proposals for cooperation
• Communication with partners: letters, calls, reminders, clarification of conditions
• Coordination of obtaining assistance (goods, services, participation in events)
• Transfer of agreements to the project team and support until closing the task
