This includes providing support and acting as a key interlocutor on monitoring and evaluation issues related to partner programs, capacity building, reporting and donor compliance, as well as general communication and liaison between Tdh and partners. The Partnership Officer is also responsible for the internal coordination of other Tdh structural divisions regarding partnerships. Main duties Search and attract new partners. Preparation of partnership agreements in accordance with Tdh policy, agreements with local authorities, preparation and collection of accompanying documentation for agreements, supervision of the verification and signing process agreements. Management of relations with existing partners. Support of partners and moderation of their activities in the implementation of projectsTdh. Screening of potential partners according to internal proceduresTdhDevelopment of a strategy for cooperation with partners. Analysis of the network of non-governmental organizations of Ukraine that work in a similar Tdh sphere, determination of the needs of our organization in the direction of partnership, development of a strategy for interaction with partners. Interaction with all structural units of Tdh. Increasing the efficiency of current partners: monitoring and analysis of the results of the work of partners in Tdh projects, performance evaluation, data collection, implementation of improvements, analysis of work efficiency, determination of potential for partnership growth. Development of a plan to work with partners in the context of support and development of young local public associations cooperating with Tdh. Participation in public speeches nand topics related to Tdh activities. Participation in systematic business trips to the regions of Tdh projects in order to build a partnership network, monitor the work of partners in Tdh projects. Management of Tdh sub-grant distribution processes (contracting and conducting tenders) Coordinate consideration of grant applications from civil society partners .Managing the flow of reportingPartner-Tdh, including checking the reporting documentation of the partner where necessaryRequirements:Higher education, preferably in the social or humanitarian fieldsFrom 1 year of experience working in humanitarian programs or development programs in an international organizationGood computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Good communication skills, written and spoken language, fluency in spoken and written Ukrainian.
