The position must be filled as soon as possible, with the initial duration of the contract until December 31, 2024. There are good prospects for continuation.

Oresponsibilities

• Implement specialized master -classes
• Prepare reports on project progress
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management and which generally correspond to the nature of this position.
• Maintain positive and productive relationships with selected local NGOs
• Assist with the translation of partnership reports and documents for reporting to donors, as well as with translation for international staff and partners.
• Assist the organization in identifying, communicating and building relationships with local partners.
• Assist the organization's staff in conducting evaluations of local partners in accordance with existing procedures.
• Prepare draft partnership agreements in accordance with the existing procedure and ensure timely internal review and approval.
• Ensure contact between the organization and its local partners.
• Ensure coordination with local stakeholders in problem solving, as well as program/operational and administrative issues with the support of other relevant departments (logistics, finance, programs).
• Assist local partners in the planning and implementation stages of the project, ensuring compliance with WHH principles < /li>
• Attend meetings and represent the WHH organization when requested by the manager.
• Assist in the development of relevant and quality training materials for local partners, including translation, editing, formatting and distribution.
• Manage the administrative planning and assist in the delivery of all capacity building trainings and liaise with participants before, during and after the trainings.
• Manage the administrative organization of the trainings, including venue selection, accommodation and transportation.
• Prepare training and supplemental materials.
• Assist with online and face-to-face training, including providing technical support for online training events.

Requirements for candidates

• Relevant professional qualifications / formal professional training with additional qualifications (eg technical, vocational college)
• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Strong MS Teams skills
• Willingness to travel around Ukraine
• The level of spoken and written English is from intermediate to fluent. 
• Opportunity to participate in regional coordination meetings such as working groups on cash management, winter preparedness and non-food working groups
