PARTNERSHIP OFFICER

Terre des hommes is looking for a proactive, energetic, and organised Partnership Officer, to join its team in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine (with the possibility of traveling between local offices), to support in the implementation of its projects. ROLE DESCRIPTION

This vacancy includes providing support and serving as a key interlocutor on monitoring and evaluation issues related to partner programs, capacity building, donor reporting and compliance, and general communication and liaison between Tdh and partners. The Partnerships Officer is also responsible for the internal coordination of other Tdh departments on partnerships.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Our candidate will be responsible for finding and attracting new partners, drafting agreements with local authorities, and managing relationships with existing partners. He/she will work closely with all structural units

The Partnerships Specialist will develop a strategy for cooperation with partners, participate in public speaking engagements, and systemic business trips. Will manage the processes of distributing Tdh subgrants (concluding agreements and holding competitions)

Competencies and Requirements for the position

• University degree, preferably in social sciences or humanities
• — At least 1 year of experience in humanitarian or development programs in an international organization
• — Good computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• — Good communication skills, written and oral communication, fluency in spoken and written Ukrainian.

Languages

• Fluency in Ukrainian required and communicative, oral skills in English

IT Knowledge

• Experience in using such computer software as Microsoft Office, knowledge of database package MS Excel.
