How exactly can you influence the company's development:

• look for and explore opportunities for joint activities and long-term, mutually beneficial programs with partners
• create and maintain partnerships with other companies for the purpose of marketing cooperation
• develop loyalty programs
• process incoming proposals for cooperation and provide answers
• manage co-brand projects at all stages, work with contractors.

Challenges for three months:
• successful onboarding with a detailed understanding of all processes and company/team structure
• expansion of partner offers in the driver loyalty program. Evaluation of the effectiveness of each offer
• evaluation of all launched partner projects in terms of budget efficiency and effectiveness for the company, support of relevant ones.
• participation in the implementation of partner co-promo activities for drivers within the framework of the quarter

To achieve results, you will need:

• experience of 2 years in the role of Partnership Specialist, Business Development Specialist, etc.
• high level of communication skills
• ability to negotiate and build win-win partnerships
• presentation skills
• analytical abilities
• ability to quickly respond to changes and look for effective solutions.
• ability to effectively manage many projects at the same time.
• experience in finding and implementing growth points
• initiative.

How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan your work schedule independently, however, to be effective,
we have a mandatory joint working time - business hours, from 11:00 to 16:00
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
• day off on your birthday as a company gift
• day off for blood donation

How will you pump your skills in Uklon?
