We are looking for a Partnership Manager - a person who turns acquaintances into partnerships, ideas into funding, and presentations into action.

It's not about "writing back to the donor" - it's about working with global ambassadors!

What is the role:

• Creating fundraising strategies for several months ahead (yes, we work to stay ahead);
• Active search and attraction of international funds, Ukrainian business, corporate partners;
• Participation in conferences, forums, fundraising events – not as a guest, but as a game changer;
• Building relationships with donors and maintaining communication (at a level that is remembered);
• Close cooperation with a department head who is truly supportive, not controlling.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in communications, fundraising, project management or partnerships;
• Free negotiation skills - not "just talk", but to create trust;
• Ability to write in such a way that you want to answer, help, invest;
• English from B2 (and the desire to grow to C1 - we will support);
• Willingness to travel: Ukraine, Europe, the world is a part games.
