We are currently growing and expanding, and as a result, we are seeking an experienced Partnership Manager to join our Partnership Department.
We are in search of an individual who can contribute their expertise and excellence to our team.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, a team player, capable of working effectively with others, and unafraid of professional challenges.
The position is open for our Lviv and Kyiv offices.
We really want you to meet the following requirements:
- Strong English skills required for effective communication — Upper-Intermediate (B2) and higher;
- Previous experience in partnership, sales, business development or business growth roles for at least 3+ years;
- Knowledge of outreach tools;
- Understanding the challenges of the tech industry;
- Learning and adapting fast to the relevant industry needs;
- Strong networking and communication skills;
- Being organized, attentive, responsible and proactive;
- Creativity in responding to leads and prospects.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Attracting new tech companies to become members of Lviv IT Cluster;
- Selling Lviv IT Cluster services and products to both new and existing members;
- Keeping the management informed about goals’ statuses, progress, KPIs, challenges, and plans;
- Contributing innovative ideas to enhance our current products and processes;
- Gathering feedback from partners to generate ideas for new products and features.
