We are looking for a specialist in the Sponsorships & Content team who will manage sponsorship projects with brand partners: e-sports and sports teams, tournament operators, live broadcast studios and brand ambassadors. The ideal candidate for this position knows how to organize work on their own tasks and coordinate other process participants, has experience working with international projects, and will effectively build communication with existing and new partners.

Responsibilities:

• Managing projects and all communication with brand partners;
• Maintaining excellent relations with existing and potential partners;
• Search for opinion leaders and projects, thematic publics and channels for cooperation;
• Coordination of terms of cooperation and monitoring of the fulfillment of obligations;
• Monitoring and analysis of competitors' sponsorship projects;
• Timing management and budget control;
• Participation in brainstorming for creative sponsorship activations;
• Development of briefs for copywriters and designers;
• Analysis of results, preparation of reports and creation of presentations;

Skills and qualities:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position in a marketing/PR agency or on the brand ;
• Experience of working with partners and ambassadors in the sports and e-sports industry;
• Understanding the basics of marketing and indicators of the effectiveness of sponsorship activations;
• Understanding the peculiarities of working with YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Fluency in English (C1+);
• Responsibility, stress resistance, multitasking and attention to details;
• Interest and/or desire to work in the eSports industry.
