The role is focused on the development and support of the local partner network in LATAM countries, including mob agents, cashiers and local influencers.
Focus of the role
- connection and development of partners;
- quality control of registrations, tracking and activity of partners;
- increasing the retention and efficiency of existing agents.
Main duties
- Connection of new partners (mob agents, cashiers, influencers).
- Checking the correctness of registrations, work of referral links and tracking.
- Setting up partner programs and supporting partners at the start.
- Efficiency control: agent activity, number of operations, KPI execution.
- Reporting and regular analysis of results.
- Working with retention: return and reactivation of partners.
- Interaction with SMM department, sales team and local contractors.
Geography
LATAM with main focus on:
Paraguay, Uruguay, Colombia, Venezuela, Cuba and Dominican Republic.
Role objective
Create an efficient and transparent partner connection system in LATAM and increase retention of active agents, which directly affects business growth.
Ideal candidate
- Independent, organized specialist with experience working in affiliate programs, sales or supporting agents.
- Experience with affiliate models will be a great advantage.
- Understanding the principles of tracking, referral links and reporting.
- Ready to work with multicultural teams and local contractors.
Languages:
- English - B1 (for internal communication).
- Spanish - B1+ (preferred).
