Weare seeking ahighly skilled and experienced professional tojoin our Remote Gaming Server (RGS) department asthe Partnership Manager. Asthe Partnership Manager, you will beresponsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our partner studio, and ensuring seamless collaboration and communication with the internal stakeholders.Your role will involve leading the release process ofpartner studio games, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and spearheading the onboarding ofnew partner studios. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our RGS partners, serving asthe key point ofcontact and ensuring their satisfaction with our services and solutions. Create and implement effective processes for smooth collaboration and communication with our partner studios, establishing streamlined workflows and channels for efficient project management. Ensure the proper release process ofRGS Partner games, working closely with internal teams tofacilitate seamless execution, adherence totimelines, and quality assurance. Collaborate closely with Finance, Commercial, and Legal departments toensure the signing and compliance ofagreements, contracts, and legal obligations with our partners. Take charge ofonboarding new partner studios, overseeing the integration process, providing guidance and support, and ensuring asmooth transition into our ecosystem. Requirements: Advanced proficiency inEnglish, both written and spoken, toeffectively communicate with international partners and stakeholders. Minimum of3years ofexperience inaTechnical Account Management, Account Management, Project Management, Partnership Management, orVendor Management role inthe iGaming industry, preferably inaB2B capacity. In-depth understanding ofthe iGaming business landscape, including industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Proven track record insuccessfully managing and nurturing partnerships, with excellent relationship management skills. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with akeen eye for detail and the ability tonavigate complex projects and collaborations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability tobuild rapport with diverse stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and influence outcomes. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability tothinkstrategically, adapt tochanging circumstances, and drive the success ofthe partnerships within the RGS department.
