Due to business development and the growth of the Sales team, we are looking for< strong style="font-weight: bolder; font-style: normal">Partner Development Manager!


Tasks:

  • Actively search for new partners and register them in the partner portal.
  • Conduct regular meetings with registered and potential partners.
  • Build relationships to identify potential projects, influence the number and quality of joint agreements.
  • Develop cooperation with existing partners - regular informing about new products and services, promotional offers, holding conferences and seminars, etc.
  • Training of the partner team.
  • Preparation and updating of training presentations for partners and the sales department.

  • Identification of opportunities for the sale of the company's services, both to the partner and its customers.
  • Analysis of competing solutions and preparation of competitive reviews (together with the department marketing).
  • Participation in all internal processes of the company in order to improve work efficiency.

  • Has a desire to actively sell and constantly develop in the field of IT services and services;
  • Has experience in active personal sales and negotiations at any level.
  • < li>Has basic knowledge of modern IT technologies and trends in their development.
  • Has high activity, sociability and competent language.
  • Has business communication skills, aimed at the final result.
