• effectively manage and mentor the team
• analyze the effectiveness of implemented projects and form reports
• develop and implement a strategy partnership&loyalty of the unit including planning and budgeting
• search for and implement compatible activities and mutually beneficial programs with partners
• build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners

Challenges for three months:
• fulfillment of targets and scaling of the loyalty program
• updating the long-term strategy for the development of loyalty programs, including partner activities
• improving the analysis of the effectiveness of implemented projects and regular reporting
• establishing communication processes with partners

Challenges for six months:
• implementation of a long-term plan of partnership activities
• development of loyalty programs and implementation of set KRIs
• regular reporting and analysis of the effectiveness of implemented projects

To achieve results, you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in management positions, including areas of responsibility in the field of Loyalty, Partnership and/or Business Development
• analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, result-oriented
• experience in planning, budgeting and successful management of loyalty programs
• effective team management
• cooperation with many partners at the same time
• successful experience in solving complex cases, developed communication and presentation skills
• English Upper-Intermediate

How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan your work schedule independently, however, to be effective,
we have a mandatory joint working time is business hours, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
• day off in your birthday as a company gift
• day off for blood donation
