NRC began its activities in Ukraine at the end of 2014, supporting people affected by the conflict in the east of the country. We are currently increasing our efforts in Ukraine and neighboring countries to provide assistance to people forced to leave their homes due to war. We are looking for a Coordinator for Partnerships and Public Engagement NRC Northern Regional Office in Chernihiv. Your duties will include: Represent NRC as the main coordination center with partners at the OTG level on matters related to the partnership and general issues, as well as to ensure a timely and consistent communication flow between partners and the NRC; Support the review and support of projects implemented with partners at the regional level, including providing reference support to partners regarding NRC and donor compliance; Support and coordinate the development of new partnership agreements and assist in the management of existing partnerships at the regional office level; Assist in the development and implementation of NRC's overall strategy and operational methodology for engagement with public, private and public stakeholders parties; Act as a coordinator for contracting and sub-granting to NRC partners at the regional office level, as well as act as a coordinator for local authorities to optimize communication in the implementation of programs focused on the local level/local communities. Requirements: 3-5 years of work experience in the field of humanitarian aid/rehabilitation/human rights or development;Higher education combined with relevant professional experience;Knowledge of humanitarian principles;Experience in managing and implementing programs in a humanitarian context;In-depth understanding of Ukrainian civil society;Excellent written and communication skills, networking, coordination and facilitation skills; Excellent interpersonal skills, professional mastery of Excel and reporting skills.
