Dinarys is looking for a business-minded Partner Manager who will join our team to develop and manage relationships with our partners to drive mutual success.

Dinarys is an ecommerce software development agency focused on working with retailers, manufacturers to streamline their operations and increase revenue through high-end custom technology solutions.

You’re a perfect match if you:

— have at least 1 year of experience in Partner OR Account management;

— have proven track record of building long-term relationships with customers or partners;

— previously attended conferences and had measurable outcomes;

— have strong skills for negotiations, presentations, and networking;

— have general understanding of software development lifecycle;

— use any CRM for your daily operations;

— have Advanced level of English.

Would be nice if you also:

— have previous experience in a tech company;

— have previous experience with technology-driven ecommerce;

— speak German.

What we expect you to take accountability for:

— partner acquisition (build and implement acquisition strategies, orchestrate the team’s efforts, negotiate partnership terms and finalize agreements);

— partnership performance (facilitate communication, manage joint marketing efforts, identify and qualify opportunities);

— partnership scaling (build strong relationships with key partners, improve partnerships level, improve performance metrics);

— creating and implementing network building and scaling activities.
