Partner Success Manager in Lviv IT Cluster

We are currently growing and expanding, and as a result, we are seeking an experienced Success Manager to join our IT Club Loyalty team. 

We are in search of an individual who can contribute their expertise and excellence to our team. 

The ideal candidate should be proactive, a team player, capable of working effectively with others, and unafraid of professional challenges. 

The position is open for our Lviv office.

Required experience and skills:

• Higher education, preferably in Marketing; 
• English B1+ and above; 
• excellent time management, organizational, negotiation and analytical skills;
• exceptional ability to communicate effectively, fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders;
• a results-oriented mindset, capable of managing various tasks independently;
• problem-solving skills; 
• ability to work in an agile and flexible way. 
• Work with CRM systems, PipeDrive would be an advantage; 

Key responsibilities: 

• Attracting new partners to the IT Club Loyalty program;
• Planning, forming and processing a list of potential partners;
• Telephone conversations, business correspondence;
• Market and target audience analysis;
• Close cooperation with contractors and all structural units of the organization;
• Processing requests from IT Club members and handling complaints;
• Communicating with Member Companies about the program;
• Issuing IT Club cards to loyalty program users;
• Working with CRM and reporting.

• It’s a full-time position;
• Working hours are 10:00 – 19:00 from Monday to Friday;
