In June 2022, Synergy was one of the first in the Kyiv region to return to construction sites. And despite the complete uncertainty, the construction of residential real estate in Irpen resumed. This made it possible to complete and put into operation 42,000 square meters. m of housing. Currently, the company continues to build 3 phases of the Synergy City residential complex in Irpen and the Synergy Kyiv residential complex in the capital. We are currently looking for a Partner Sales Development Manager (B2B) to join our strong and focused team. What we expect from you: 1 year of sales experience; experience of independent search for clients, expansion of the client base; experience in successful application of sales techniques, negotiation, product presentation; ability to analyze, draw conclusions for further development; the ability to plan, organize one's own work and that of others. Responsibilities: maintaining a ready-made customer base and finding and developing new ones; conducting negotiations with potential partners, product presentation, both by phone and at personal meetings; monitoring and improving the effectiveness of cooperation with each partner; implementation of the sales plan; keeping records of partners and details of interaction with them in the CRM system (from the moment of the first contact and for each partner agreement in the future); reporting on work performed, results and plans.
