Now the team needs a manager of work with partners, who will take on the task of making each of them become our sponsor/donor and regularly hold fundraisers. (If there is no experience in this position, then there must be experience in conducting negotiations) B2B segment; Experience in conducting public presentations and informal meetings; Experience in working in GO/BO and having your own database - will be an advantage; Understanding of the algorithm of access to key persons, skills in building and developing long-term partnerships; mastery of negotiation process techniques and the ability to find a common language with different people, including abroad; excellent communication and presentation skills, organizational and leadership qualities.
