DILA Medical Laboratory invites a Manager for the development of partner programs and loyalty to the team. Key tasks of the position: Manage existing and develop new marketing projects in partnership with TOP companies of Ukraine (ANC, DOC.ua, Uklon, Yasno, Ukrzaliznytsia, etc.). Develop marketing campaigns together with partners: create concepts and mechanics of marketing campaigns, coordinate tasks between internal and external teams, ensure a high level of professional communication with partners at all stages of implementation. Analyze the results of partner campaigns, prepare reports, work on the impact on customer loyalty. Our requirements for the candidate: Higher education. Work experience in the field of marketing from 2 years (in companies or agencies as an Account manager). Understanding of the principles and strategies of marketing, marketing tools, the presence of successful cases of the implementation of cross-marketing projects. Skills in analyzing the results of marketing projects and their financial indicators. Developed communication skills and successful negotiation experience.
