We are currently looking for a Partner Network Support Specialist

What will need to be done:

• support for the connection of a new partner (collection of documents, drafting and signing of the contract, transfer of data to the bank, etc.);
• consulting existing partners (banks, Internet providers, mobile operators and others);
• control over the quality of payment service provision, organization of restoration of functionality/defects in payment service provision;
• analysis of payment service performance during the reporting period.

What is important to us:

• higher education (preferably in the field of financial, banking products and services);
• ability to understand the needs of B2B partners and support mutually beneficial cooperation;
• ability to work with large volumes of documents, contracts;
• business communication/correspondence skills;
• multitasking and attentiveness;
• knowledge of Excel.
