You are coming to the direction with an already formed client base and brands with an international reputation — and you get the space to scale result, figures and growth,wants to work with a quality product and long-term development in the beauty industry.Key responsibility (main focus)
- Attraction and development of retail and wholesale partners (off/online stores, dealers, wholesale customers).
- Active search for customers: working with leads, social networks, direct contact, recommendations, exhibitions.
- Implementation of the sales plan and development of turnover in the client base.
- Building long-term, stable partnership relations.
- Management of customers in CRM, control of data relevance.
- Order processing in 1C, control of payments and statuses delivery.
Areas ofparticipation
- Participation in the development of branded Telegram channels (according to the content plan together with the team).
- Participation in the organization of training for customers together with technologists.
- Initiation of joint content projects with customers (case studies, success stories, educational formats).
- Cooperation with customers in content creation (case studies, success stories) advantage.
- Confident use of CRM and 1C.
- Strong communication skills, system, responsibility for results.
- Orientation on long-term cooperation and growth together with the company.
