My name is Diana, I am the COO of the Code-site.art agency.

We are an agency that creates websites, design and complex digital solutions for businesses. But to be honest - for me these are not just "services". I build an agency through systematization, processes and real results, not beautiful words in presentations.

For some time, I myself was engaged in the search for clients, first contacts, and communication. And it was a cool experience. But now the agency is growing - and I understand that it is no longer effective to pull in this direction alone.

That is why I am looking for a manager of partner network development and lead generation - a person who wants not just to perform tasks, but to understand how the agency business works from the inside and grow with it.
