Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Partner Manager to develop, implement, and manage our referral and partnership program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and partnership management, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strategic mindset to drive growth through partnerships. Result-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive referral program strategy to attract and engage partners.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership program strategy to attract and engage partners.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential referral partners, including businesses, influencers, and industry leaders.
  • Manage existing partner relationships, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of referral initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the referral program, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Provide sales cycle for the potential clients came from referrals
  • Led in organization and active participation in partner events
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the referral program.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of referral programs and partnership dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
  • Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
