Position Overview: The Partner Relations Manager will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with partners in the Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of managing both the administrative and operational aspects of partner relations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the EdTech sector and a proven track record in successful partner collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Partner Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring clear and effective communication channels.
- Administrative and Operational Management: Oversee and manage the administrative and operational tasks associated with partner relations.
- EdTech Collaboration: Work closely with partners in the EdTech sector, fostering strategic cooperation and joint initiatives.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve objections, problems, and errors that arise in partner interactions, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
- Operational Coordination: Plan, monitor, and coordinate operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient partner interactions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, supporting partners at all stages of collaboration and ensuring their satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the EdTech sector and successful track record in partner collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle conflicts effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to change.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English at a level of B2 or higher.
