Oresponsibilities

• Provide support to national WHH partner organizations in planning and implementing a financial management plan for their organizations in accordance with international best practices and general donor recommendations. 
• Review and assist in the preparation of partner budgets. 
• Train partner staff in financial management and reporting, and provide them with support during work processes. 
• Review monthly partner financial reports and provide feedback to assist in training. 
• Conduct regular monitoring visits with partner staff to promote learning and adaptive management in the area of ​​budgeting, financial management and financial planning. 
• Assist partners in the preparation of internal and donor financial reporting (monthly closing, annual financial report, interim and final donor reports). 
• Advise partner staff on appropriate tools, systems and policies to implement to improve financial management and reporting. 
• Work closely with partners' finance and logistics personnel to ensure procurement contracts and service delivery are in line with international best practices. 
• Participate in the preparation of audits together with partners where possible. 
• Perform other tasks assigned by the project manager and whichgenerally correspond to the nature of this position. 
• Promote safety and environmental awareness and follow all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. 
• Contribute and actively participate in quality improvement processes
• Observe labor discipline, occupational health and safety regulations, fire protection requirements, industrial sanitation and occupational hygiene rules, safety regulations and instructions and environmental protection.
