Partner coordinator (with knowledge of the Czech/Slovak language) in ProfiChoice

We are currently looking for a Partner Coordinator in the international department with knowledge of the Czech or Slovak language.

Ready to consider the candidate no work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Processing applications and requests from customers in Slovak or Czech.

• Correspondence with customers by phone, e-mail and chat in order to solve their needs and requests.< /span>

• Ensuring a high standard of customer service.

• Support and consultation of existing customers regarding the company's products.

Requirements:

• High level of communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Willingness to learn and improve professional skills.

• Ownership in Slovak or Czech (level from B1).

• Work experience will be an advantage, but NO is a mandatory condition.
