Manager of parterres (fundraiser) for a charitable foundation, Kyiv in Klub dobrodiyiv, Blagodiyniy fond

Hello! We are the Charitable Foundation "Klub Dobrodiyiv", an all-Ukrainian charitable organization that has been helping Ukrainian children and teenagers since 2016. During our work, we:

• realized more than 150 life-changing projects that gave children new opportunities;
• united more than 1000 responsible adults into a community of support;
• involved more than 200 million hryvnias, which turned into tangible changes for teenagers — those who will soon shape the future of Ukraine;
• supported more than 300,000 children and teenagers from all corners of the country during a full-scale war;
• and opened Place of Strength is a transformative space for supporting and developing teenagers! Since its opening, Place of Strength has been visited by more than 30,000 visitors.

Now we are in a period of scaling and major organizational transformation. We are calling for additional forces in the team who will support our plans, share the ambitions and values ​​of supporting teenagers! Among other roles, we are looking for aPartnerships Manager (Fundraiser)!

??TASKS TO PERFORM:

1. Lead and develop the direction of fundraising of own projects - Place of strength and support (MHPSS) and Naperekir (professional implementation and economic independence).
2. Work with fundraising not only as "tasks", but as a system (fix, structure, improve processes).
3. Look for, initiate and develop partnerships (business, donors, grantmakers).
4. Lead the full cycle communication with partners: from the first contact to support and completion of cooperation.
5. Prepare fundraising materials: presentations, pitches, proposals, grant applications.
6. Maintain and develop the base of partners/donors and systematically work with it.
7. Coordinate interaction with teams (marketing, projects, finance) and improve fundraising processes.

This requires:

• experience in fundraising / partnerships / communications or related areas;
• strong communication skills: writing, presenting, negotiating and building trust;
• ability to work with partnerships: from search to long-term relationships;
• developed self-management: focus, prioritization, responsibility for results;
• system thinking: ability to structure processes and work not only "in tasks", but also with their improvement;
• experience in coordinating tasks and interacting with different teams;
• emotional stability, confidence in someonenications and a service approach.
