Weneed asenior UI/UX Designer tojoin the team ona part-time basis for around50% offull-time engagement . You will beresponsible for customized designing ofthe system upon the end-users’ requests. Responsibilities: Participate indesign requirements gathering and analysis Create wireframes and prototypes from scratch and present the prototyped version ofthe design tothe end-user When prototype isaccepted, design the web app completely, taking into account all ofthe customer’s requirements Coordinate with the Frontend development for correct and immersive implementation ofthe design inthe final version ofthe app Requirements: 5+years ofUI/UX experience Experience designing B2B SaaS solutions (ideally CRMsystems, ERP, applicant tracking system oralike solutions) Fluency inEnglish Experience ofdirect communication and cooperation with customers orstakeholders Understanding ofbusiness processes and their correct display indesign Readiness for apart-time cooperation (approximately50% offull-time engagement) Readiness towork inmornings inashifted schedule, approximately 8am-12pm Kyiv time, asour customer is7hours ahead ofus Weoffer: Competitive salary depending onyour experience Professional development opportunities Study and practice ofEnglish: courses and communication with colleagues and clients from different countries Yoga classes Comfortable office orpossibility towork remotely Ifyour qualifications and experience match the requirements ofthe position, our recruitment team will reach out toyou inaweek maximum.
