This is a remote position.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced paralegal with a specialization in K-12 education to join our team on a contracted, hourly basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working within the legal field, specifically in K-12 education.ResponsibilitiesReviewing contracts sent to schools promptly and efficiently. Ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations within the K-12 education sector. Conducting thorough analysis and evaluation of contract terms and conditions. Providing timely feedback and recommendations for contract revisions. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of contract review activities. RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience working as a paralegal, with a focus on K-12 education. Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing legal documents and contracts. Strong understanding of legal principles and regulations related to K-12 education. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
