PR team of Genesis head office is expanding the SMM direction and is looking for a Paid Media Manager who will work on the development and strengthening of corporate social networks.

The following tasks await you:

• Interaction with the directions of the PR team (Content, Internal Comm's, Design);
• Content creation and development of corporate social networks;
• Development of a content plan, filling the existing rubric with new rubrics;
• Cooperation with the design team to create visuals;
• Script writing and filming for social networks (Reels);
• Processing direct mail and providing timely responses to requests;
• Monthly monitoring of the effectiveness of social media management.

What we expect from you:

• 1+ year of experience in the position of Paid Media Manager/Targetologist/PPC- specialist;
• Ability to launch targeted advertising through Meta Ads/LinkedIn Ads;
• Understanding of goals in the advertising office and basic concepts in marketing (reach, impressions, frequency, CPM, CPC, CPL, etc.);
• Copywriting skills for writing texts for advertising;
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate and present own ideas;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Availability of successful advertising launch cases in terms of leads, reach and traffic.

It will be a plus experience in analytical services - SproutSocial, trendHERO, etc., the ability to run contextual advertising in Google Ads and a basic understanding of SEO principles.
