PR-team of head office Genesis expands the SMM direction and is looking forPaid Media Manager, who will work on the development and strengthening of corporate social networks.

The following tasks await you:

• Interaction with the directions of the PR team (Content, Internal Comm's, Design);
• Creating content and developing corporate social networks;
• Developing a content plan, filling the existing rubric with new rubrics;
• Cooperation with the design team to create visuals;
• Writing scripts and filming for social networks (Reels);
• Processing direct mail and providing timely responses to requests;
• Monthly monitoring of the effectiveness of managing social networks.

What we expect from you:

• From 1+ years of experience in the position of Paid Media Manager/Targetologist/PPC specialist;
• Ability to run targeted advertising through Meta Ads/LinkedIn Ads;
• Understanding goals in the advertising office and basic concepts in marketing (reach, impressions, frequency, CPM, CPC, CPL, etc.);
• Copywriting skills for writing advertising texts;
• Creative thinking and ability to generate and present own ideas;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Availability of successful advertising launch cases in the form of leads, reach and traffic.

Experience in analytical services - SproutSocial, trendHERO, etc., ability to run contextual advertising in Google Ads and basic understanding of SEO principles will be a plus.
