We approach the satisfaction of the Guest's needs comprehensively, therefore we are developing in various business areas. Among them are supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, sports spaces, delivery service, banks, dry cleaners, IT company TemaBit (the list is incomplete).

We invite a packaging development project manager to join our team.

design work and coordination of all stages for the timely launch of new SKUs.

Centralized collection and coordination of edits from adjacent departments, setting clear and structured tasks for refinement.

Checking layouts for compliance with brand and design guides (logos, fonts, colors, visual style of categories).

Control of compliance with legal requirements for product labeling (composition, terms suitability, barcodes, certification marks) in cooperation with the legal department and the quality department.

Administration and maintenance of the relevance of sticker templates for thermal checks and weight labels.

Organization of tenders and interaction with design agencies and freelancers: analysis of offers, portfolio and cost of services.

Support of document flow for design services: approval estimates, contracts, acts of completed works, control of payments.

Communication with printing houses: transfer of final files, approval of technical printing parameters, checking of color proofs.

Systematization and storage of working and final files (AI, PSD, PDF), keeping a register of design projects.

Preparation of presentations and visual reports on the line of own brands.

Implementation modern trends in packaging design and quality control of the final result.

Requirements for the candidate:

Higher education
Experience in a similar position from 2 years
Confident PC user (MS Office)
Developed communication skills
Basic level of English language proficiency (will an advantage)
Understanding the processes of development and creation of packaging
Basic knowledge of types of polygraphic printing
Creative and creative thinking
Literacy, attention to details
High concentration of attention, responsibility
