P2P transfer manager (no experience) in TrandSquare

Hello! We are looking for an attentive, communicative and responsible person who wants to enter the crypto sphere from scratch - to help clients make fast and safe P2P exchanges of crypto to hryvnia/dollar/euro (and vice versa) directly between wallets

What we offer:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00
• Offline work
• Salary from the first month + % of the volume of successful transfers (you can quickly get a good income)
• Full training from scratch: from working with platforms to AML/KYC, verifying transactions and communicating with clients (mentor + real deals in the first weeks)

What you will do:

• Advise clients in chats (Telegram, website, sometimes calls)
• Help to issue P2P exchanges: Binance P2P, Bybit, other platforms
• Check details, confirm card/to-card payments
• Explain rates, commissions, terms, security, limits
• Resolve typical issues: transfer delay, incorrect details, disputed situations
• Monitor the status of the deal from start to finish completion
• Keep statistics of your operations, report risks

What is important to us:

• Fast typing and good Ukrainian language in chats
• Attention to numbers, details and details (so that there are no mistakes)
• Calm character - you know how not to get nervous when the client is in a hurry or nervous
• Basic understanding of crypto (at least do you know what USDT, TRC20, ERC20 is) or willingness to learn quickly
• Willingness to learn AML, KYC rules, work with disputes
• No experience required - the main thing is responsibility, accuracy and desire to work with money online
