Project engineer of OViK, VC, AUPG in SAGA Development

Duties and responsibilities:

• Implementation of technical management of project-research and design works during the design of the object.
• Development and approval of initial data, questionnaires, cards of technical solutions and work tasks.
• Participation in receiving, reviewing and approving the results of Technical and Town Planning Conditions, engineering studies, technical solutions, design and estimate documentation.
• Technical consulting on the use of the latest materials, technologies and work organization; Participation in the development of the technical and economic feasibility study "TEO"; Taking part in the development of technical and engineering concepts and solving technical issues of the project; Ensuring compliance of project documentation with norms, standards and requirements.
• Coordination and verification of the work of developers of design and estimate documentation.
• Providing developers with the necessary technical data.
• Organization and control elimination of defects and optimization of project and estimate documentation.
• Provision of proposals to optimize the costs of the capital construction facility.
• Participation in the protection of the project, individual technical solutions, necessary justified deviations from existing ones norms, rules, instructions in examination bodies, takes part in the necessary coordination with state authorities and local self-government bodies.
• Preparation and control of design schedules.

Requirements:

• Higher engineering, technical education.
• Successful work experience in a similar position from 5 -ty years.
• Knowledge of the process of obtaining initial data, coordination of project documentation, passing expertise.
• Experience in the development of project and estimate documentation of stages "P", "P", "RD" and project protection in expertise.
• Experience in coordinating project documentation with regulatory bodies.
• Experience in author supervision.
• Experience in working with foreign companies. It will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of norms and standards in the field of design and construction (DBN, SNiP, DSTU).
• Ability to calculate the cost of project work, project expertise, investigative work.
