Outreach Team Lead in Kraken Lids

Kraken Leads is a team that specializes in attracting and monetizing traffic in a very competitive niches, namely in the entertainment industry. Our teams have created more than a thousand projects and do not stop their development and support. We are currently looking for an Outreach Team Lead to join our friendly team.

We expect from the candidate:

• Work experience in the position Linkbuilding Team Lead from 1 year.
• Experience of managing a team of 5 people or more.
• Experience of calculating employee KPIs, organization of reporting systems/KPI execution control.
• Experience of building links of all types.
• Knowledge of Ahrefs (or Semrush), Buzzstream, Snov.io.
• Confident user of Google Sheets.
• Experience in analyzing data/indicators, finding dependencies and making changes to improve business processes.

Obov Connections/Tasks:

• Updating the database of donor sites
• Checking the presence of links / checking their indexation in the current month over the previous one, once a quarter for the entire period by projects. 
• Control of links in Linkchecker (independently or with the involvement of an Outreach employee of the team and control of the implementation of this process.
• Research of donor sites in various GEOs, as well as agreements with webmasters for operational placement of links to our project (implementation of new methods of donor research).
• Control of kpi implementation of Outreach team employees.
• control of replenishment of the donor base/analysis of problems if any.
• Take an active part in the development of internal software of the LB department.
