We are seeking an Outbound Sales Manager with 1-3 years of experience at a PSP (Payment Service Provider) or Payment Gateway. A strong professional network is a significant advantage. Being a speaker on Webinars, YouTube videos will be a plus) Inbound Activities:- Identify and nurture inbound leads- Qualify incoming digital leads- Conduct product demos- Communicate and negotiate with clients Processes:- Prepare offers, agreements, and invoices- Participate in sales process development and continuous improvement- Develop sales plans (experience with templates is a plus)- Maintain CRM system daily- Monitor customer preferences to determine sales focus- Present and pitch products to potential clients- Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs and introduce our solutions Sales Analytics:- Analyze competitors- Provide marketing and business teams with insights to adjust campaigns- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track account growth, satisfaction levels, and potential risksShow more
