OTC Product Manager in Eirhub

On behalf of our client, a European pharmaceutical company, in connection with staff expansion, we are looking for a successful candidate to fill the position of "OTS Product Manager". Main responsibilities: Implementation of planned indicators; Development and implementation of marketing plans based on key factors market, customer and consumer behavior; Planning and monitoring secondary sales; Analyzing brand/competitor performance; Developing a brand development plan based on a deep understanding of customer and consumer needs; Creating and communicating to customers and external service information about products, future trends, marketing strategy and key areas of activity; Work with key customers and opinion leaders; Development and control of brand budgets; Development and implementation of an effective media strategy; Development and implementation of sales promotion programs. Candidate requirements: Higher education, pharmaceutical/medical education will be an advantage; From 2 years experience in the position of OTS Product Manager; Experience in strategy development and promotion of over-the-counter brands and nutritional supplements; Successful experience in launching new products; Experience in working with media (TV, digital, radio, outdoor advertising) English language proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level.
