OTC Key Account Manager in Kyiv

We are looking for a strong commercial specialist with practical experience of working with top pharmacy chains in the Kyiv region, understanding of the market and developed professional contacts.

Candidate requirements

• Higher education (medical or pharmaceutical - essential advantage)

• Successful work experience from 2 years in the position of OTC KAM / Key Account Manager in Kyiv

• Practical experience of working with leading pharmacy chains of Kyiv, knowledge of key customers and decision-makers

• Formed professional networking in the pharmaceutical OTC segment of the region

• Deep understanding of the structure and specifics of pharmaceutical market of Ukraine;

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team

• Analytical thinking, confident work with data

• Experience in collecting and consolidating information from various sources, ability to analyze and plan actions to achieve results

• Confident PC user (Excel, CRM, analytical reports)

Tasks:

• Implementation of the sales plan in accordance with the marketing strategy and terms of cooperation with key customers in the Kyiv region

• Introduction of launches in pharmacy chains and implementation of sales plans for new products

• Conducting negotiations with national and regional pharmacy chains, regular pharmacy visits

• Development and implementation of individual cooperation programs with clients;

• Working with analytical data, preparation of reports

• Monitoring and analysis of competitor activities

• Active cross-functional interaction with other company departments

• Performance of other tasks aimed at increasing sales and efficiency jobs.
