ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for an OSINT expert who will be responsible for improving the product experience forour customers. This will include both analyzing the needs of customers in analytical products, understanding the specifics of their tasks, as well as communicating the capabilities of our product, conducting trainings. OSINT tasks and features of their solution

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of customer needs in the use of OSINT tools, collection feedback on the product
• Conducting trainings on using the product for customers online and offline, preparing presentation materials
• Supporting customers in solving questions about the operation of the product
