Organizer of corporate events (project manager, event manager) in TeamMaster

The TeamMaster team (http://teammaster.pro/) is ready to hire a project manager (event manager), whose main task is the organization of corporate events and customer management from A to Z.

We are looking for a candidate with work experience, but we are also ready to consider a candidate who is motivated to learn. We want to cooperate together for a long time.

We do: team building, serious team building, business games, various events and corporate events throughout Ukraine and beyond.

We work in the field of B2B.

Procedure of the project manager:

• Answer a phone call, messenger, request from the website, FB, etc. 
• Clarification of the client's request for better understanding (using a flexible script).
• Preparation of an individual commercial offer (PowerPoint presentation).
• Development and design of the event, thinking about how everything must happen.
• Creation of the project budget (Excel spreadsheet, Google Docs).
• Organization: work with contractors, with staff, communicate, choose the best and negotiate. 
• Working with contractors on the project, quality control of their work, control of everything that happens.
• Resolving complex situations on the project, finding non-standard and quick solutions.
• Reporting on the project (financial, photo and video report, case for the site).
• Interaction with the client after the project, maintaining warm relations. Make sure that when the client has a request for a new event, he will contact us again.
• Working with the company's regular customer base (communication with customers according to the sales plan, in order to: offer them a new product, ask whether the requested request has already become relevant, or is there a new request). Usually several times a year, at the beginning and end of the season.

Working conditions:

• Work in the historical center of Kyiv. Our office is located 2 minutes from the central Lev Tolstoy metro station and the Palace of Sports. Now, temporarily, we work remotely.
• You can work and study. If you study at the correspondence department - it suits us. We have no problem letting you go to the session. We are ready to discuss combining work with a stationary form of education separately.
• Possibilities to get enough sleep. Working day Mon-Fri from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.. There are weekend projects - they are rewarded and discussed separately.
